Sarah McGinnis, VP Creative Services
When Sarah McGinnis was a stylish little fourth-grader (complete with homemade neon scrunchie & matching stretch pants), she revealed to a local paper that beneath her cheery exterior was a very stressed little girl. Why? Because, at age 9, she was still undecided about her career goals. Flash-forward to the present, where Sarah, still just as passionate, creative, and comfortable with the media, has thankfully found a bit more perspective. After years in art gallery management and most recently as a publicist for an independent book publisher, Sarah loves nothing more than developing outside-the-box ways to help talented new artists of all kinds carve out their presence in the world. In her spare time, she enjoys needle felting and other badass crafts, searching for New York’s best mojito, and bragging about that one time she ran with the bulls in Europe.

Anthony Cox, COO & VP Production
Anthony J. Cox grew up in the stark wilderness of rural Maine. While attending public school he soon discovered a passion for theater. By the time he graduated from High School Tony had held just about every position you can imagine in a theatrical production. He acted, directed, produced, did lighting design and board operation, sound design and operation, and even choreographed a dance for the Miss Ugly pageant. Immediately after graduation Tony began working at the Maine Center for the Arts on the University of Maine campus in Orono, Maine, where he later attended majoring in Theater. In 2000 Tony directed his first profession Theatrical production with his best friend and future business partner, Anthony M. Pizzuto. The two Tonys went on to produce show after show until the bright lights of the Big Apple beckoned Pizzuto. Cox’s passion soon turned away from the stage to the more terminological story telling of film making. In 2004 Cox produced and directed his first short film, Hope’s Edge. This cemented the idea in his mind that film making was his true calling. In 2007 Cox packed up a uHaul and heading South to reunite with his old friend Pizzuto in New York City and pursued a more direct route to the Oscar’s stage in Hollywood.
